Les Marmitons 2024 Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

NOTE: This policy applies only to Gala registrations and not to hotel room reservations or cancellations

The following refund and cancellation policy shall apply for all persons registering for the LMI Gala in New Orleans on June 5-9, 2024.

Paid registrations for the Gala may be cancelled for a refund as follows:

  • Cancellations and requests for refund by March 15, 2024, full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations and requests for refund between March 16, 2024, and May 1, 2024, 50% refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations and requests for refunds for excursions or other events separate and apart from the Gala will be handled according to the cancellation policy of the booking 
    agent or the entity providing the service.

To minimize processing fees, refunds may be provided by check sent to the address provided in the original registration. Persons requesting cancellation and refunds after May 10, 2024, will be asked to provide reasons for cancellation.
